I installed Home Essentials 97 on a brand new 350MHz custom built machine
 with Windows 98.  I have no problems using Word on my W95 machine.

 1.  I downloaded the sounds & cursors for Word - 90% of the time
 they do not work.

 2.  I also cannot insert an address into a word document or onto an
 envelope.  The address icon on the bar is dimmed and there is no address
 button on the envelopes page.

 I am using Outlook Express 4.72.

 3. I cannot print both sides of the paper with my Hewlett Packard DeskJet
 722C printer - clicking on the properties button allows me to select these
 options but the window freezes when I click OK - this forces me to shut off
 the computer.  I can print single sided.

 Sure hope you can help - I like W98 but if these things can't be fixed, I
 will go back to W95.
