When I updated sometime last Oct., I lost the Ethernet altogether! Can't
use my pc, thought I will have to go and bring my pc down to have it
fix...even had a hotshot pc trouble shooter do his thing and to no avail. I
remembered I bought extended warranty on this pc
and I called them and I was told to use system restore...seems all the calls
they had had the same problem after they updated! Needless to say, I don't
do any updates anymore. So far, haven't had any problem! (knock on wood)
