I recently upgraded to IE 6 and I now see the word "MindSpring"
in front of Internet Explorer in the title bar of Web pages.

A previous thread in PCSOFT discussed how to go to regedit
to remove proprietary names like this from the title bar.
Is this still possible with IE 6? I upgraded directly from
Microsoft online. So how does MindSpring come into this?
Wasn't MindSpring an IPS? going to www.mindspring.com redirects
to www.earthlink.com

Thanks in advance for sharing your info on this.
