I hope someone has seen this before. Everyone I have talked to has no clue.

I have a laptop running Windows 98. I logon to a Windows NT domain. Whenever I
try to map a network drive to a drive letter I get a dialog that says..

"E: is already connected to \\\."
"Do you want to reconnect E: to <path> instead?"

Where <path> is the path to the remote drive. It doesn't matter what path )I
have tried several drives from different computers), or what drive letter I try
to use. If I click "Yes", I just get the same dialog again.

A similar, perhaps related problem is when I try to add a network printer I get
a dialog..

"Another printer already has this name. Use a different name."

No matter what name I give it.

Help please!

Thanks,
