When booted the first time each day, Windows Me boots up OK and Logging
onto AOL 7.0 works OK.
However, if you log off AOL and later try to log back onto AOL, it never
gets pass the logon screen.  Also when this happens you can't shutdown
or restart the computer the normal way.  Any idea what's wrong and what
to do to fix the problem?
