You have not explained why you would want to do this. Making such a
table removes all advantages of using a database in the first place. If
you need to combine the company data and the officer data for some
purpose, you can do so by creating a query that gives you the set of
records you need. Try giving us an idea what of this table would do for
you and maybe we can come up with a query that would give you the same
result.
