Shutting down background programs is a pain and in the past I, like most of
us, just closed down system tray programs instead of ALL background
programs with Ctrl-Alt-Del which was slow and usually seemed to hang or
crash the computer.  I came across a really good freeware program that does
this very fast and automatically.  Originally found it at a freeware site
that now requires a paid membership, so have uploaded my copy here for
anyone that wants to try it.  Appx. 392K download.
