Here's a site that offers the EICAR virus test file, a zipped version, and a double-zipped version. In light
of the recent OE attachment and preview pane issue, I downloaded the zip file and emailed it to myself in an
attempt to test the preview pane's vulnerability, but my ISP caught and quarantined it. That's good news for
my pc, but it does not help me to test the preview pane with regard to attachments. Would some kind soul
download the zipped version and try emailing it to themselves, then try to simply view the message ONLY in the
preview pane? I'd be interested to know if McAfee can catch it without opening the message or attachment.
