I have been trying to eliminate a Paint Window that opens at start up
with an image Prama$$$-Paint. I have used MS System Configuration
Utility to remove this entry at the Startup and Win.ini Folders. After
restarting my computer, I still get this Paint Window Opening at start
up and I now get Win98 Startup Menu; 1.Normal, etc . How do I get rid of
this Paint Window and restore my Original Startup.
