The folder is still there. It is a hidden system file.
Be sure your view for all folders is set to show all files.  Uncheck  hide
known extensions and uncheck hide system files.

Then Check under C:\\Windows\System   or C:\windows\system32 in WinXP.

or, after setting the above options, do a search for:  sendto
