Sorry I can't attempt to help much with the first part of your question.
Unfortunately, I'm not much of a macro guru with the current versions of
Excel.  Hopefully, someone else can help

try @if(b5=0,100,c5/b5)...might have to modifiy it a little depending on
how you have formatted the target cell.
