1)Would be very grateful if someone could remind me how to clean up the ever
lengthening list of options in my <<Open With>> menu - preferably without
touching the Registry - Is there a folder somewhere as in  <<Send To>> and
<<Start Up>>

2)Norton SystemWorks - when it runs at startup because of an antecedent less
than perfect shut down, it gets bogged down in the Directory checking
section - the whole deal used to take only a few minutes - now it can potter
away for an hour or more unless I Escape/cancel it. NS runs OK at other
times, but despite  completing checks,repairs and disk defrags the startup
dawdle persists. Differential diagnoses and therapeutic options much
appreciated.
