With aol instant messenger in the tray right click to open and click on
options (setup)  there you will be given the option to  load on startup or
not  just uncheck the box.. tis gone till such time you decide to need it
again just go to the netscape folder  and click on  aimlaunch  and the same
box will open up you can then reset it to launch on start up again if you
so choose
