I haven't used either of the those programs. Based on information from the
Web site, I would say it doesn't. Adobe provides online and e-mail tools for
converting PDF to HTML or text. It would seem that you could convert a PDF
that way, modify it, then convert it back to a PDF using Gymnast.
I just tried the e-mail tool by sending a PDF as an attachment and got it
back in a few minutes converted to text in the reply and attached as a text
