Before I upgraded my system I used a Cyrix M-II 333 with Windows ME and had
no compatibility problems at all. The only problem I had, and this was the
reason for my upgrading, was that I could not use my CD-RW at it's full
potential. I could only burn CDs at 2x recording speed maximum instead of
the 8x that my burner is capable of because my system was too slow.
