If you open the picture, it's as simple as right-clicking the photo, click
copy and then paste into your email. But be aware that if the pictue is very
large (file size) it may take a long time for someone with dial-up to download
your mail. I have done this with pics about 100 to150kb which seemed to work
well.
If you don't have software to re-size, there are several freebies on the
net. I'm not sure if Windows has a built-in utility to do this perhaps others
here will tell.
