Dear Friends,

I'm getting this message more and more often while following links
within a web page:

"NED Splash Page
This server provides where to go info....."

It doesn't seem completely consistent, sometimes I can reload the
page and I don't get this message, and I do follow the link.

How do I use/avoid this?
