That is correct, Gene/Robyn. However, if you are using a secondary input
language, then you may be very disappointed with the results of that
Knowledge Base article. My computer was set for Hebrew as a secondary
language. The instructions in that "feature" caused so many subsequent
problems and difficulties that I opted for a System Restore. I've spoken to
others with CTFMON nightmares who re-formatted their computer in
frustration.
