Here is an easy one – when trying to print using Firefox 2.0 and later 3.0 beta to a Dell 1700n laser printer, I get the error message “Firefox has caused an error and needs to close - Sorry.” The Dell laser printer is set as the default printer and works fine with Internet Explorer 7. The computer is a Dell Dimension 8200 with all the bells and whistles.
