Hello friends,
I'm suddenly getting a lot of exception OE messages while running my
Netscape 4.3 (while online).  The exact message is below.  I've noticed
it doesn't happen while I am reading my e-mail (Netscape Messager) off
line, but within 5 minuets of being online,
bam, the blue screen.  The MS database didn't help.  Neither did the
Netscape db.

"An exception OE has occured at 0028:C0019D7C in VxD IFBMGR(01) +
00003384.  This was called from 0028:C100B33C in VxD PPPMAC(01) +
00004570.  It may be possible to continue normally."

This is followed with.....after pressing any key

"A fatal exception OE has occured at 0028:C0019D7C in VxD IFSMGR(01)
00003384. The current application will be terminated."

Any idea what specifically is the problem.  This has just suddenly
started happening.
