Hi: If you go to http://sillydog.webhanger.com/narchive/fulldata.html
you will find an archive of almost every Netscape browser version that was
released.

Well, the 128 bit encryption patch can be downloaded from
http://fortify.net/. Or, you can check out
ftp://ftp.hacktic.nl/pub/replay/browsers/128bit/ for the full download.
