Chistopher's link points to an earlier release of SP3, while Russ' is only a
32k "loading" file that gets the service pack install started (you need an
active Internet connection). I tried the newer install and it broke halfway
through. I don't recommend it unless you are willing to play - be sure to
have a backup of your system before starting. It did not break my system,
just rolled back the SP3 update. However, it keep trying to install at each
boot!
