In Outlook, select Tools/Options on the menu bar. Open the "Mail Setup" tab
and click on the "Data Files" button. This will show you where your
outlook.pst (the default name for the data file) is located. You can then
copy this file to whatever location or medium that you want. To view the
contents, select "File/Open/Outlook Data File" and open it.
