Have you tried using Tweakui from MS powertoys.  You can download it from
the Microsoft site at http://www.microsoft.com/windows95/info/powertoys.htm
if you don't have.  In Tweakui click on the repair tab and select rebuild
icons.  I believe this rebuilds your shell icon cache.  Give it a try.

I just installed Outlook 98 and now all the icons in the control panel are
gone! They are all the same generic Windows 95 icons.

Any help restoring the icons would be appreciated.
