Hi Nancy,

As far as I know you can't do what you're asking. Since the Windows
Clipboard will only hold one item at a time, copying and pasting a portion
at a time to another e-mail or document is a tedious process at best.

Here are a couple of clipboard extender programs that make the job a breeze.
Not only can you copy multiple items but they do other things like strip
unwanted characters ("<") from forwards, etc. I use the first of the two.
I'd be lost without it.

ClipMate (30 day trial)

Yankee Clipper (Free)

Subject: [PCSOFT] Printing question

How do I highlight and print more than one portion of a newsletter and
print it out all on one page. I can do this for one segment such as a tip
from the computer lady but I can't figure out how to do more than one and
have it all on a single page.
