Nancy,
The virus is saved in cab files because the system's restore function saves everything. Try turning off
your computer's "Restore" function. Then reboot and turn it back on again. That should remove all the
saved cab files, which also means you lose any restore points you had saved. Run virus scan again to be
sure.
