I am using Windows 98 sec edition & my comp crashed the other day. I have it back in operation but now I want to use Adobe Photo Deluxe 3.0 & I get this message. SHELL32.DLL file is linked to missing export SHLWAPI.DLL: SHRegGetUSA ValueA
I did a search & both shell & shlwapi are there but I can't access adobe. I would appreciate any fix or info on fixing it.
