Hi every one

A friends computer (PII 400) has an odd problem. The mouse locks up in the
accessories part of the start menu. It works every where else. When you go
to accessories and highlight a shortcut, the mouse will not move more than
half way down the screen and the click doesn't work. You can use the arrow
keys to move around when this happens, but you can no longer click the mouse
or move down the screen. You have to restart.

Any help would be great.
