Then please explain why the first one works and the other three do not and
they have the exact logic. The way I read that logic is not contradictory
but repetative. I will remove one of them and see what happens. I am just
getting ready to go on vacation and it would sure be great if my box was not
overloaded when I come back.

Patricia,
Both of your non-working rules are self -contradictory.
You first state "if my name is NOT in the TO box.
Then later you state "except if my name IS in the TO box.
That is why it does not work.
