I've had that same problem in the past. Unfortunately I was in front of a
group of around 100 people when I discovered the problem. I believe that
you have to download the latest version of Windows Media Player in order to
play those movies. Another option may be to change the format that you
saved your movie to ".AVI" or one of the other options that is more
universal.
Note:
MS may have fixed the problem, but I also was unable to get the movie to
show up on a projector. I could see all of my desktop and the Windows Media
Player, but the movies doesn't show up on the screen.
