The print preview show you what the printer will be able to print. If
the border is not showing in preview mode, then you must have it outside
of printable margins. Sometimes this also happens when a printer is not
capable of printing some feature or formatting. Make sure that the
proper printer is selected before you do the print preview.

When adding a border to page in Word 97, the bottom border does not show
up in Print Preview, nor does it print the bottom border.  I've played
with the pt thickness of the border and the pts away from edge of page.
Any advice?
