Marvin,

You need to set up the TCP/IP settings for the dialup connection

Go to your CONTROL PANEL and open the NETWORK icon.  Now click on the
TCP/IP -> DIAL UP ADAPTER and press the PROPERTIES button.
Click the DNS tab and plug in the settings as per your ISP.
