Michael,
To the best of my knowledge;
.tr is a "Unix Tape Archive = TAR without compression (tar)" which is an
uncommon file type.
.pdb is a "Brookhaven Protein Databank File" also very uncommon and
probably requires a specific piece of software from Brookhaven.
.prc is probably the Corel extension for Corel's presentation files. Would
require a Corel program (to be installed).
.tlb is the Borland Type Library files.
Part of these may not be compatible with Windows operating systems.
