Additionally, I remember something about being "forced" to read (or pretend
to read) the help file, and closing it, before the installation procedure
would continue. It appeared a bit strange...

PS. I spent 5 minutes at MS web site trying to locate TweakUI for Windows
2000; I found it for XP and NT, but not the one I was looking for...

I for the life of me can't seem to get it installed. After the download, it
unzips successfully, and doesn't show up anywhere. Can anyone give me some
