There are several "joke" programs designed to do this. Try Ctr ALt Del and
shutting it down. The ones I used to have were simple to find, and simple to
locate on the startup menu.

If you can click on the top left of the screen, this is also a usual way to
access these things.

Helo to everyone on the list

I have a "cute" virus that is giving a client a problem.  Randomly as they
move the mouse, the icons begin to move about the screen in a manner that
prevents the mouse from using them.  You can move the mouse around and
actually herd the icons together etc.  They are getting frequent explorer
faults, and from what I saw, I believe that the virus is probably working
through explorer.  It seems to capture the desktop similiar to some of the
games you have seen, then moves the objects around in response to the mouse.
