This is the Win32.Swen.A worm. You can read about it and download a utility

Microsoft NEVER sends software updates by e-mail. Updates are distributed
via the Windows Update system (link on your Start Menu).

A new "window" has popped up on our computer. And when we delete it, it
keeps coming back and pops up when I am typing a document and I have to keep
deleting it. It asks for email address, name and address, etc. It is
called Map132 Exception. Do you know how come this has happened and how to
