Sounds like what you need is either an upload system which will
hide the password from the user, or one that is indirect. For the
latter, go to http://members.xoom.com/DynamIP/ and look at his
DIPS service. Haven't tried it, but it sounds like it might work.
DynamicIP itself may be related to the first solution somehow.
They're both freeware for now, and DynamicIP basically works,
though I haven't tried it for your purpose.
