Demetri,

There are MANY web sites that have searchable
archives of shareware and freeware.  All you have to
do is visit one of them and type your keywords into
the search box.

They all have a friendly interface and are easy to use.
For example, go to
http://shareware.cnet.com
and type STICKY NOTE into the search box
and you will find 25 different programs.
