Although in the world of NT, MPR stands for "Multi-Protocol Routing",
Windows 95/98 have no such feature.
MPREXE.EXE appears to have something to do with passwords. Known
causes of problems pointing to MPREXE.EXE include (a) corrupted .PWL
files (there is a fix available from Microsoft) and (b) entering too
long a password to a screensaver.
