Forward the digest as though you were going to send it to someone.
Highlight the parts you want to remove, probably one letter at a time, and
delete them. What will be left should be the ones you want to keep. You
can then just address it and send it to yourself, or if you have a drafts
folder put it in there. I'm not familiar with the program you're using.
But it should have some sort of a save function if you want to save the
edited e-mail onto your hard drive.

How can I disassemble a digest, for example PCSoft? I like to
receive it in this manner, but I would like to keep some entries and
delete some, while maintaining the digest form, without saving
individual messages. I use Pegasus Mail 3.01d
