On my WinXP Pro system, IE7 keeps giving me the message that it has
restricted scripts from running when I open a web page that is stored on my
own local disk. I have searched the KB and looked at the security settings,
but can't seem to find why this is happening. No problem with FireFox. The
strange thing about IE7 is that even a page that has no scripting gives the
same message when I go back to it from another site, although it does not
give the message on first startup.

Anyone else run into this? Or better yet, does anyone have a solution? Thank
you.
