Rick, David and Hugh,

We downloaded a zipped file and WinXP showed it as a folder with a zipper on it. When I opened it, there was a file
menu, which did allow me to extract the files - this is what I assumed would be the case, as even Win95 had
(?)pkzip or pkunzip.
He says he didn't install a zip program, so my assumption must be somewhat correct. However, I will strongly
suggest he acquire and buy Winzip, and I will pay for it now as well. I think he was dragging stuff around and
created all the problems with the CD and the floppy, but it wasn't intentional.

Anyway, thanks to all - I'll update in a couple of days after trying all these suggestions. I really appreciate the
trouble you folks go to.

P.S. Deus Ex is the game name, and yes David, the no-cd is what you're thinking it is, but I never figured that was
really much of a factor with this particular problem. I just figured it might be worth a mention, but this is the
end of its mention by me.
