I've used a program in the past called Savenow. You can search on
Google for it or go to http://www.downlinx.com/proghtml/132/13258.htm to
get it. It says it's for older versions of Windows, but I've used it on
XP. Also, I can't vouch for the "quality" of that link as it's just one
I grabbed from Google.
As for your second question - Google is GREAT. You just need to be
creative with your requests some times. Also, I use the Advanced Search
option which can be found at http://www.google.com/advanced_search?hl=en
and you can fiddle with the google preferences by clicking on the
preferences link found on the main google page (not the advanced page)
