You can run an update query which updates that field only. Same as regular
query, just select "update query" in the appropriate pulldown menu and you
will see a new place to enter "update to".

Good luck

Subject: [PCSOFT] Batch field changes in Access 97

Does anyone know a way to change the contents of one field in every record
within Access 97?
What I need to do is change a 0 to -1 in a field formatted as yes/no, it
will save me having to change every record in a file that has 1550 records!
