Bob,

Your newsgroup software has a complete list of all newsgroups and most news
reader applications have the capability to search that list.

Just plug in access and search for it.  You will find many newsgroups, each
devoted to one particular topic, like microsoft.public.access.forms or
microsft.public.access.macros
