Cesar,

I don't know the exect Reg Key, but I do know where
you can go to diable it without even editing the Reg!

Right click My Computer.
Chose Properties.
Go to the Device manager tab.
Click on the plus sign by CD Roms.
Double click your cd rom drive.
Go to the settings tab.
Uncheck-- Auto Insert Notification.

There ya go!!!
