Can't remember how to do it for a restart, but you could try this for a
reboot :
1. Make a batch file with the command "@exit" (w/o the quotes).
Name it (say) reboot.bat.
2. Create a shortcut on your desktop for reboot.bat.
3. Right-click the shortcut, and check "Close on exit". And in "advanced",
check "MS-DOS mode" and "Current MS-DOS configuration".
That's it.
