Hi,
   Hold down the ALT key.  In sequence type 0 1 5 6 (or 0 1 6 3, depending
on which email you read).  Release the ALT key.  BTW, this will work with
many four digit combinations of numbers.  If you start the program
Character Map (Start->Programs->Accessories->Character Map) it will allow
you to choose a font and will show you all the characters in that font.
Click on one and in the bottom right hand corner will list the ALT
combination for that character.
