QuickBooks (Pro) v 5 has a Printer Setup command. (File, Printer Setup)
First you setup all your default printers for all the different forms.
Each time you print, QuickBooks displays the printer setup options that
affect the type of form or document you are printing. I do not know of
any way to disable this "feature".
