You probably want to create a parameter query. In the Criteria line of the
query grid type [Enter month & year]. When you run the query you will be
prompted to enter the appropriate month and year that you want to search
for - e.g. Apr 97. You can put any type of prompt between the brackets so
long as it not the same as the field name. In other words, don't do this:
[Dates of Use]. The prompt must be different from the field name.
